1. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday).

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • In case of high demand or custom-made items, processing time may extend by 1–2 days.


2. Shipping Timeline

  • Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Metro cities may receive delivery within 3–4 days, while remote areas may take up to 7–10 days.

  • We work with trusted logistics partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available across India on prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • For orders below ₹999, a nominal delivery fee may apply (displayed at checkout).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional handling charge.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the tracking number and courier partner details.

  • You can track your shipment anytime using the link provided or by visiting our website’s Track Order section.


5. Packaging & Safety

  • All our jewellery pieces are packed with utmost care in tamper-proof, secure packaging to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

  • Each order is thoroughly checked before dispatch to maintain our quality standards.


6. Delivery Issues

  • If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier partner may attempt redelivery or contact you for coordination.

  • Please ensure your address, pin code, and contact number are correct while placing the order to avoid delivery delays.

  • In rare cases of damaged, missing, or tampered parcels, please refuse delivery and inform us immediately at info@shreechitra.com with photos and details.


7. International Shipping

  • Currently, we ship within India only.

  • International delivery services will be introduced soon — stay tuned for updates on www.shreechitra.com.


8. Delays Beyond Our Control

While we always strive for timely delivery, certain circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters, or courier delays may impact delivery timelines.
In such cases, we appreciate your patience and understanding.
